    You can upload your company logo under "My Profile" menu.

    "My BusinessMy SettingsMy Profile". Then Logo will be reflected in all documents such as eTicket, Exchange Order, Invoice, Official Receipt, and Payment Vouchers.

    You can retrieve your bookings under "My bookings" menu

  • Have you approved my Top Up?

    You will receive an email notification after the payment approval from NuGDS Admin. You can view the top up status under "My BusinessMy SettingsDeposit Management" also.

  • Can I book without top up my account?

    Yes, you can book using your Credit Card. Please note that there will be a Credit Processing Fee will apply.

  • Is there any additional charges for credit card Top Up?

    Payment gateway charge of 3.9%+S$0.50 cents will apply on each transaction.

  • How do I applyPromoCode?

    You can check the ‘Available Promo Codes‘ at the Payment Confirmation Page, after Booking Form. You can choose only one Promo Code at once.

Booking Rebate

  • When do I receive my Booking Rebate in my account?

    You will receive an Email notification by every month end on the accumulated Booking Rebate. Please note that the Booking Rebate is computed only after the passenger travel (date) has been completed.

  • Am I entitled for any Booking Rebate?

    You will receive S$1 as Booking Rebate on every successful booking.

E-ticket

  • Do you charge any Ticketing Fee?

    Not at the moment.

  • How soon we receive e-tickets?

    You will receive an E-Ticket in your email within 10-20 minutes time.

  • As member, you will be able to save around 4% of your trip cost which is the Credit Card Payment Gateway Charges.
